Undergraduate Freshman Grant

The Undergraduate Freshman Grant is for students beginning university studies for the first time. This call for grants can help students learn, before formalising their UB admission procedure, whether or not their financial profile makes them eligible for a grant. If they can meet the grant’s financial prerequisites, they will still need to comply with its academic prerequisites in order to be awarded the full grant.

This grant offers the following kinds of support:

The degree of support will vary according to each student’s eligibility, and may include aid in the following areas :

• Free registration
• Aid for study materials
• Aid for travel expenses
• Aid for residence
• Compensatory aid
