White spot on the back
It
can be seen from above or when the eagle soars. It clearly contrasts
with the rest of the back, which is chocolate brown. This is an
unequivocal reference to recognize the Bonelli´s Eagle. White belly and breast
They are clearly visible
when the eagle flies over us. If it flies near enough we can also see
that breast and belly are flecked with brown spots, whose intensity
varies in each individual. Tail with terminal band
The
dark band at the end of the tail is a distinctive feature when we see
the eagle closely. |
