RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Holders of pre-EHEA or bachelor's degrees in psychology, physiotherapy, speech therapy, medicine, education, educational psychology, occupational therapy, social work or related disciplines.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To acquire specialized training in early care.
- To learn to detect risks in child development through on-site theoretical and practical training.
- To learn to carry out preventive actions.
- To learn to detect requirements for intervention.
- To learn to assess early childhood development and family settings.
- To be able to implement intervention programmes for the purpose of optimizing childhood development.

    During 2025, classes take place on Wednesdays and Fridays from 5 to 9 p.m. (except for July, August and September). Schedules for 2026 must be arranged with work placement centres within the working hours of the professionals at each centre (mostly morning schedules). The work placement period may vary depending on the number of hours spent at the centre each week. The provisional calendar runs from February to June 2026, with 12 to15 hours of class per week (240 hours in total). The presentation of final master's degree projects will take place in the first fortnight of July 2026, or, exceptionally, the first week of September 2026.
