Professionals with training, experience or interest in biostatistics and its application to international or global health.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To learn the principles of applied statistics for biomedicine with a special approach to global health.
- To learn from different examples and exercises referring to health issues in low-, middle- and high-income countries.
- To learn to use Stata statistics program.
