RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

This master's degree is aimed at any adult of any age, sex and nationality, with any training, who is working or not, in any business sector, in any company department, with or without experience of meditation, who wants to further their personal growth to become a Mindfulness professional and contribute to the generation of aware, happy organizations and people.

The practicum and the master's degree final project (TFM) focus on the business sector chosen by each student.


Access requirements:
- Submission of the documents required for registration and enrolment.
- Admission interview.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To professionalize the practice of mindfulness to generate aware, happy organizations and people.
- To promote academic aspects of mindfulness in its application in companies and institutions.
- To encourage research in mindfulness in the work context.
- To develop personal and spiritual growth.
- To learn to design, develop and assess training programmes on mindfulness that help professionals to work with full attention to increase efficacy and reduce stress.

    Friday from 4 to 9 pm (classroom sessions at the Faculty of Economics and Business), Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 to 8 pm (classroom sessions at the Aula Racó de Expresión de Castelldefels, Rambla de Blas Infante, nº 1, Castelldefels, and from Friday at 4 pm to Sunday at 4 pm (residential retreats). All students must attend 100% of the training sessions, either in person or through the Zoom platform of the UB Virtual Campus (live or recorded sessions).
