- Priority will be given to applicants who have successfully completed the postgraduate diploma in Regional and Local Finance: Funding.
- Applicants with a related master's degree in public management will also be accepted.
- Applicants who work in the financial area of a public administration, or who have worked there for two of the previous five years, are given special consideration.
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
- To acquire a general understanding of the legal concepts involved in public administration (local government, public procurement, etc.).
- To acquire a more detailed understanding of tax and finance management, budget and accounting planning, and legal, financial and economic control.
- To acquire additional organizational knowledge and skills and those required by new managers.
