- Graduates or holders of pre-EHEA degrees in Economy, Business Management and Administration, Law, Public Management Administration, Political Sciences and Sociology. Applicants who currently work in public administration, or who have worked there for two out of the previous five years, are given special consideration.
- Holders of other degrees who work in public administration or who have worked for a minimum of two years.
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
To develop knowledge of autonomous and local finance and its effects. To understand analytical criteria as well as how to assess elements and models and design partial or general proposals.
