Law graduates: civil servants, legal professionals, prosecutors, court secretaries, public prosecutors, judges and magistrates and jurists in general.
ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Acquire specialist knowledge of Catalan civil law.
- To acquire an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the institutions and specific matters that are part of current Catalan civil law.
