All applicants with at least three years of experience who are interested in actively and consciously growing and developing their professional skills as coaches, by acquiring leadership and coaching skills.
Access requirements: graduates and professionals with a university degree in any branch of knowledge.
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
- Develop self-knowledge, mindfulness and personal leadership skills.
- Develop various approaches to understanding individual, group and organizational systems.
- Acquire experience in the use of tools and methodologies for ethical practice as a coach in a variety of settings.
- Put into practice with coaches the tools and methodologies studied during the course.
- Know about the origins of the knowledge and tools used in the coaching and personal leadership process.
