Teaching staff of any area and academic level. Psychology professionals. Social educators. Social workers. Care professionals (doctors, nursing staff,...). Professionals interested in human resources development. Professionals and people interested in acquiring techniques for their own well-being.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- Become aware of the importance of investing in our emotional well-being and the emotional well-being of the communities with which we interact.
-Develop emotional skills and resources for well-being and personal and professional self-management.
-Integrate strategies and good emotional habits to daily activities, to increase confidence in the face of adversities and the capacity to promote one's own well-being.
-Put emotional education and well-being into practice and use emotional management tools in personal and professional life.
- Design one's own personal development plan for emotional well-being
-Experience well-being in the development of the course.
