Joan Pluma, Director General of Archives, Libraries, Museums and Heritage of the Government of Catalonia, will describe this new category of cultural heritage. He will be accompanied by the doctors Antoni Riera Melis, who will present the seminar, and Jordi Tresserras, who will speak about the candidature Catalan Cooking Heritage of Humanity.
The seminar includes three lectures on Catalan food and agriculture heritage. The closing ceremony will be conducted by Josep Maria Pelegrí, Catalan Minister for Agriculture, Food and Environment, and Carina Rey, Commissioner for Information and Documentation Systems of the UB.
