The 13th International Conference on Education, Research and Innovation (ICERI 2023) will be held in Hangzhou, China during September 08-10, 2023. ICERI is an annual Conference provides a yearly platform for delegates and members to present and discuss the latest research, and their delegates and members will have many opportunities engage in dialogues about Education, Research and Innovation. It also provides new insights and bring together scholars, scientists and students from universities and industry all over the world under one roof. In the past 10 years, ICERI has been held successfully in Cairo (Egypt), Cambodia, Bandar Seri Begawan (Malasiya), Bangkok, Thailand (Twice), Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), Beijing (China), Taipei, and Tsuru University, Japan (Twice).
