PH.D. STUDENT

Josep Argerich Bergadà studied Human Biology at Pompeu Fabra University. In 2018, he obtained a Master degree on Neuroscience from the University of Barcelona. He joined our lab in September 2018, where he is performing his Ph.D. training with a FPI Grant (Formación de Personal Investigador) from the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, under the supervision of Prof. Francisco Ciruela and Dr. Víctor Fernández-Dueñas. His research is focused on unravelling the pharmacological interplay of adenosine/dopamine-based drugs with GPR37 expression and its potential impact in neurological and neuropsychiatric diseases.
