The Mesoscale and Microscale Atmospheric Modeling and Research group from the University of Barcelona has changed its corporate image. A new modern website is built to include more contents and to make easier the user navigation. In addition, a new logo is designed inspired in the Lorenz attractor, which symbolizes the chaotic solutions that exist in the numerical weather models.

The website includes a Modelling section with the Meteorology and Air Quality forecasts for today and tomorrow for two areas: Catalunya and the Barcelona Metropolitan Area. The meteorology fields are: i) the wind at 10 m and temperature 2 m and ii) the Planetary Boundary Layer (PBL) height. The air quality maps are plotted for ozone (O₃), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) and particles with diameter of 10 micrometers or less (PM₁₀).
