REgarding the governance of the natural heritage of Catalonia

Wednesday, May 24, took place at the headquarters of the IEC, the conference promoted by PatNatCat "The challenges of a new governance of natural heritage in Catalonia", which came out conclusions aimed mainly at government of Catalonia, with proposals to improve government action, application of the principles of good governance, review the administrative organization and integration of society in the design and implementation of policies environmental. The findings suggest, among other things, the need to create a new management structure that is being debated in the Parliament of Catalonia: Agency of Natural Heritage. I also included the need to involve more productive sectors, owners and citizens in the conservation of nature and to ensure the stability of competence, organizational and budgetary policies natural heritage.
