A group of UB researchers participate in centipede genome sequencing

Researchers Julio Rozas, Alejandro Sánchez Gracia and Francisca C. Almeida, from the Department of Genetics and the Biodiversity Research Institute (IRBio) of the University of Barcelona (UB), collaborate in the international consortium that has sequenced the nuclear genome of the myriapod Strigamia maritima, a centipede found in north European coasts.
