MOBBING
Dirigimos nuestros objetivos a contribuir a la delimitación y evaluación de las estrategias de abuso psicológico en el entorno laboral, así como al análisis de las alteraciones psicosociales que suelen sufrir las víctimas de dicho abuso. Extendemos el análisis a los factores grupales y organizacionales que pueden permitir explicar el fenómeno, bien como antecedentes o como consecuentes. Ampliamos también nuestros objetivos al análisis de la perpetración del abuso. Buscamos con todo ello aportar también herramientas útiles para la prevención y la gestión de los recursos humanos en la empresa.
