Semantic Content and Pragmatics (SCP)

Last year's Semantic Content reading group is being continued this year. During the second semester, it will merged with the old Pragmatics RG and run jointly with Josep Macia.

 

The plan (for the first semester) was to read important papers addressing the notion of semantic content. In the second semester we started with two papers on compositionality are now reading more recent work on semantic content.

 

The current meeting time is Tuesdays from 10 to 12h at the faculty of Philosophy of the UB.
