Hey there! I obtained an FI grant in June 2024, to do my Ph.D. under the supervision of Marta Jorba at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. I devote my predoctoral studies to the philosophy of psychiatry and Intersectionality. Briefly put, I explore the concept of stigmatization and destigmatization around mental disorders. More specifically, on the one hand, I aim to examine how psychiatric diagnoses can lead to stigmatization and how it especially affects people with multiple marginalized identities, and on the other, how mental disorders are used to build one's personal identity.

Before starting my Ph.D., I earned my degree in psychology in 2019 (Blanquerna, Ramon Llull) and graduated from the Cognitive Science and Language MA (UB) in 2021. Following that, I worked as a clinical researcher at Vall d’Hebron Institut de Recerca, in the psychiatry department.

My other areas of interest include Inner speech, philosophy of medicine and neuroscience, or phenomenological psychiatry. Beyond analytic philosophy, I have a strong admiration for Albert Camus’ writings and I enjoy instrumental rock music.
