The project has as its main objectives:
- To assess the diversity of meanings and value regimes operating in economic practice
- To analyze regulatory frameworks that stabilize ordinary economic behavior
- To establish the articulation of micro-practices with macro-phenomena in the global economy
- To produce a new theoretical model of economic behavior that pays attention to grassroots economies and economics
