To celebrate women’s day in science, some of us went to two elementary schools and talked with fifth and sixth grade students. We told them about our experience as researchers and women, we mentioned important women for the scientific world and we discussed with them about biodiversity and climate change, for example. And of course, we present ed our study model: the planarians. It was really enriching! Thanks to the schools Patronat Domènech of Barcelona, and Sant Josep-El Pi of l’Hospitalet de Llobregat! Next year we will repeat!
