Marta Gil Cabrera
She is a Criminologist by University of Barcelona and she also holds a Master’s Degree in Criminology and Juvenile Delinquency by University of Castilla La Mancha. She has collaborated as a research assistant in different projects related to assessment and treatment of offenders in prison. She teaches in the Degree in Criminology in the University of Barcelona. Currently, she is doing PhD studies in the Brain, Behavior and Cognition Program supervised by Prof. Dr. Santiago Redondo Illescas. Her research fields of interest are desistance from crime, assessment and treatment of offenders, motivations to change, etc. and specially related with sex offenders.
