Project description

The BUFSIE project aims to scale up the novel educational pedagogy of Social Innovation Education (SIE) and transfer it to the higher education level. It aspires to assist educators to firmly embed SIE into their culture and teaching practices, as well as
empower students with a mixture of social, entrepreneurial and active citizenship competences. The project’s challenge is to incorporate Social Innovation Education (SIE) in Higher Education. Therefore, the educational sector must increasingly be approached with a view of embedding SIE into their curricula and thus enriching their existing programmes.
