PostDoc (2013-2017)_Luís Korrodi Mineiro Marques Gregório holds a bachelor degree in Biology and a doctoral degree in Biochemistry (specialization in Molecular and Cell Biology) obtained from the University of Aveiro, Aveiro, Portugal. The main research fields of expertise comprise the male infertility and the experimental oncology. The male infertility field covered the analysis of key molecules present in signal transduction pathways that affect sperm motility. In our group, the experimental oncology field was pursued in drug screening, drug discovery and pre-clinical translational research. Particularly, cell culture, high-throughput technologies (mass spectrometry, antibody and gene expression arrays) and bioinformatics were applied to study the mechanism of action of novel anti-cancer anionophores.
