Antonio Viayna and F. Javier Luque have recently published a collaborative work entitled "Three to Tango: Inhibitory Effect of Quercitin and Apigenin on Acetylcholinesterase, Amyloid-beta Aggregation and Acetylcholinesterase-Amyloid Interaction" in the journal MDPI Pharmaceutics. This article is a collaboration between experimentals and computationals, with Prof. Raimón Sabaté from Facultat de Farmàcia i Ciències de l'Alimentació, that concentrates in the different roles and characteristics of quercitin and apigenin in different pathological processes of Alzheimer's disease (AD).
