Submissions

Submissions can be presented in two different formats: lectures (do not include the submission of the paper) and papers (include the submission of the paper).

Submitted lectures and papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee before being accepted for presentation.

Submissions that do not follow the guidelines will be returned immediately to their authors.

The lecture proposals (submission form for lectures) should be submitted to comunicaciones.asepuma2012@ub.edu before 9 March 2012.

9 March 2012 Submission form for papers submitted

 

16 March 2012 Reference number assigned.

The Organizing Committee will send to corresponding authors the reference number of their application by 16 March 2012. If an author is presenting more than one paper, he or she will receive a different number for each of them. This number will be used to identify the paper.

 

31 March 2012 Full text papers submitted.

Full text papers should be submitted to comunicaciones.asepuma2012@ub.edu by 31 March 2012.The maximum length must not exceed 22 pages at 1.5 line spacing including tables and graphs. Authors must submit two copies in PDF format (one of them an anonymous copy, with no author names, for blind review). Papers should be submitted electronically as a Word or LaTeX file following the format of the submission templates:

24 May 2012 Notification of acceptance.

Authors will be notified of paper acceptance by 24 May 2012. Authors requested to revise their submission will be given 10 days.

 

4 June 2012 Final text submitted.

Authors requested to resubmit must have submitted the final text by 4 June 2012.
