Rafael Goldchain

Rafael Goldchain (Santiago de Chile, 1953) es un artista Chileno-canadiense. Su trabajo, meramente fotográfico transita entre el retrato, el paisaje y la búsqueda identitaria en sus diversas manifestaciones. En 1989 recibe el Duke and Duchess of York Prize in Photography from The Canada Council for the Arts. Ha realizado exposiciones en Canada, Chile, Estados Unidos, Cuba, Mexico, entre otros paises. Su obra forma parte de colecciones como la the Bibliothèque Nationale, Paris, la National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa, the Museum of Modern Art, New York, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, the Portland Art Museum, and the Museum of Photographic Arts, San Diego.
